When you contact us
We use your name, phone number or email address, and optional scheduling note to respond to your inquiry. You can provide either contact method or both. Please do not include health information in the form. A general campaign source, such as Google or Meta, may accompany your request so we can understand how people find us.
Cloudflare hosts this website and provides spam protection. Our email delivery provider, Resend, processes the request to deliver it privately to the Cereset Carmel team. These providers may process connection information such as an IP address for delivery, security, and abuse prevention.
Optional email updates
The separate, unchecked email choice lets you give permission for occasional Cereset Carmel news and offers. It is optional and is never required for a reply to your inquiry. If you select it, you must provide a valid email address. You can withdraw that permission by contacting us, and any future marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option.
We record your email choice, the time it was received, the notice text and version, and the form source in the private inquiry email. This form currently sends one internal inquiry email; it does not send you an automatic email or automatically enroll you in a campaign. Your contact details and email-marketing choice are not sent to advertising or analytics services.
Optional measurement
When website measurement is enabled, visits from Indiana use optional measurement unless you turn it off. We show a notice with a turn-off option, and you can change your choice anytime using Cookie choices in the footer. Dismissing that notice only hides it; it does not record your consent. Outside Indiana, or when we cannot determine the applicable setting, we ask for permission before loading optional measurement. A saved opt-out or your browser's Global Privacy Control signal keeps it off.
Cloudflare's approximate country and state information selects the setting for each visit. This website's policy check returns only whether measurement may start automatically or needs your permission. It does not return your IP address, country, or state to your browser, and we do not put that location information in our analytics events.
When allowed, Google Analytics and Google Ads measure visits, contact-link clicks, and successfully submitted inquiries. We do not put your name, phone number, email address, email-marketing choice, scheduling note, or health information in our analytics events, and automatic customer-data collection is disabled. A phone-link click is a click, not confirmation that a call connected. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
If enabled, Meta measures general homepage visits under the same regional setting and visitor choices. We do not send your contact form fields or an inquiry-submission event to Meta, upload contact lists, or use your inquiry for health-based advertising audiences. See Meta's privacy policy.
Optional measurement uses cookies and may include general campaign codes and ad-click identifiers. We apply your explicit cookie choice and any notice dismissal for up to six months; an automatic regional allowance is not saved as consent. General campaign codes last for this browser tab's session. The form works when measurement is off. Browser blocking and cookie choices mean advertising reports will not include every inquiry.
